|Recommended: YesGreat Place to Live — The management and maintenance staff are fantastic. Amazing how quiet it is. Location is close to everything I can imagine. Really attractive exteriors and grounds. Doesn't look cookie cutter. Fells like a home inside rather than an apartment.

For the few issues we have reported, maintenance fixed the issues in a timely manner. We've been here two years and about to sign our third lease. Highly recommend living here

The location is extremely accessible to great shopping, restaurants and medical centers. The floorplans are unique and the yards are well maintained. The staff is friendly and accommodating I recommended this place to my granddaughters who recently graduated from college, and they moved in last week. They love it

|Recommended: YesMost peaceful place — We moved here to Oklahoma City from Texas and had been looking at many rental opportunities Garden Gates by far has been the best classiest cleanest rental property that we have seen in over a year of us being here. I am so thankful we found this location. It's nicely tucked away, very quiet, very clean and safe and that was what sold us on garden gates. The people are very kind anytime I have a problem with anything in the house, it gets addressed very quickly. We love it here and look forward to many years to come.

Maintenance promptness is A1 and the cleanliness, quietness, and security of the area is exemplary compared to so called luxury apartment where we used to live. We are loving it so far.
