Limit 2 pets per apartment. Dogs and cats only, less than 20 pounds each. No aggressive breeds, as determined solely by Landlord. All pets must be crated or boarded while the tenant is away and during scheduled maintenance. Fees: One-time, non-refundable pet sanitizing fee of $400 for the first pet and one-time, non-refundable Pet Sanitizing Fee of $200 for each additional pet, plus $25 Monthly Pet Rent per pet.
Smoking is prohibited by tenants and tenants’ guests inside the leased premises, the interior common areas, breezeways, and the pool area.
