|Recommended: YesI think it is a beautiful complex — I tell them how pleased I am with everything Work orders are turned in and completed promptly. Things that needed repaired from the prior company were a priority. Everyone who visits raves about the facilities and how pretty it is. The office and maintenance staff are very professional, and extend a great courtesy to my 88 yr old mother who lives there alone Thank you for all that you do for her -Debbie
|Recommended: YesGreat Property — Garden Gate is a convenient and well-maintained complex. It is in a quiet neighborhood and each unit has an attached garage and patio area. They were extremely accommodating and flexible to our needs shorter lease term, large dog accommodation, etc. . If a maintenance issue occurred, it was taken care of quickly and the office staff was always helpful. I would recommend Garden Gate in the future.

|Recommended: YesGreat — New owners have done so many improvements and continue to make the exterior look better. Still a little more to do, but every month something is being done, so how can I complain Maintenance requests are handled fast and professionally. I work nights and sleep during the day and the community is nice and quiet. The office staff has been friendly and I have had no issues.
|Recommended: YesOur home — We sold our house almost 5 years ago and moved to our new home. Our floor plan has almost 2000 sq ft, with a 2 car garage. This is not apartment living, we are a community. New management has been a delight to work with. Our neighborhood is quite and very safe , Location is fabulous, easy access to NW Expressway and Hefner Parkway. There are 5 restaurants in 1 4 mile range, grocery store in 1 2 mile. Simply wonderful place to live.
|Recommended: YesContinued Impeovements — We reviewed Garden Gate in January but wanted to express our opinions again. We have lived here on Trevi Court for 22 years, moved in when our section was completed, we are the only ones to live in our home. We have been thru 3 owners, about 15 managers and more maintenance people than we can remember. The new company has impressed us every day The former owner just let this place go, under first owners the landscaping was always taken care, green grass everywhere, no dead trees or bushes. The new owners are already doing improvements. Anna and Irene are very good at their jobs and get things done. The maintenance staff is very quick to get work orders done. We appreciate all that they are doing, it's a nice change. Looking forward to Garden Gate looking like it used to. I would not hesitate to recommend Garden Gate to anyone now.

|Recommended: YesEXCELLENT ADULT COMMUNITY — I have lived at Garden Gate for over 4 years and I am thoroughly pleased with the new property management thus far. Our community is quiet, residents are friendly, and having the convenience security of a spacious 2-car garage is an added enjoyable benefit--especially during bad weather--no shoveling snow, or scraping ice off your car to get to work
|Recommended: YesNew Owners — Since new owners took over on Dec. 1st have already seen improvements, trash is picked up everyday, maintenance is done almost immediately, have not once waited more than 1 day where before it took weeks to get done or sometimes never. The landscaping needs a lot of attention but the former owners let it get to this condition. They have done more in a couple of months than the former owners did in years. The maintenance staff is quick and do great work and very friendly. The office staff is always helpful and friendly. If they continue on the path they are going and also get the landscaping looking good I would recommend to anyone.
